We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day!  Given the ongoing pandemic, please allow up to 5 working days for the dispatch of your order, as we continue to prioritise the safety of our warehouse team.

Yes! All NAMED collective orders are packaged in eco-friendly 100% compostable and biodegradable packaging. This includes both our garment protection bags and mail bags. Our garment bags are made out of compostable cornstarch rather than plastic and can be discarded with green waste to decompose naturally. Our mail bags are fully biodegradable and designed to degrade after they have served their use, leaving no harmful residue behind. These can be recycled with your usual plastic waste! If an item on our website says "PRE-ORDER" on the item page, this means the item (and any other items ordered with it in the same order) will be shipped at a later date rather than immediately as normal! The shipping dates for any pre-order item can always be found right at the top of the description in the 'DETAILS' tab on the product page online so you know exactly when to expect your order to be dispatched!

Yes, we offer international shipping! Please check the full list of shipping destinations on our DELIVERY & RETURNS page. International tracked shipping is available at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on international orders above £200!

We offer free delivery on all UK orders above £100 automatically at checkout!

All items are available to purchase at theNAMEDcollective.com unless marked as 'sold out'! If an item is sold out in your size, you can select your size and hit the "notify me" button to be notified via email when the item is restocked

We usually expect UK delivery to take 2-4 working days from dispatch!

We send all international parcels via a secure, tracked delivery service. We usually expect international delivery to take 3-14 working days from dispatch! Please note, this can sometimes be delayed by customs or other factors that are out of our control so this is not a guaranteed delivery period

If you haven't received your order yet and think you should have, first please check your email inbox for an order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Your shipping confirmation will include full tracking details for your order. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder too just incase you can't find this email! If you are still having trouble finding this information, feel free to send us an email at info@thenamedcollective.com and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to help in anyway we can! Please note, we can only assist with delayed parcel delivery if it has not been more than 30 days since the order was dispatched. Yes! We try to be as kind to the earth as possible and we're working to be paper-free brand. So, an order confirmation with details of your purchase will be sent to you electronically via email as soon as your order is placed. If you haven't received this within half an hour of placing your order, please also check your junk/spam folder!
